U15 & Older

35 minute halves

11 v 11

Four Game Guarantee

 

U13 – U14

30 minute halves

11 v 11 

Three Game Guarantee / Playoffs

 

U11 – U12

30 minute halves

 8  v  8

Three Game Guarantee / Playoffs

 

U9  – U10

25 minute halves

 7  v  7

Who:               Applications are invited from duly registered Boys and Girls teams.  Passes from all national governing bodies accepted. The Tournament Committee has authorized a maximum of five guest players.  There will be no exceptions to team and player requirements. 

 

Showcase:    At U15 and older age groups, player profiles will be processed and published into a Coaches Binder available to college evaluators, Colleges will be contacted regarding the teams that will be in attendance, and amenities provided attending evaluators

 

To Enter:

Complete the online application entry form accessed from the Tournament Homepage, and mail a printed copy of either your online entry form or your email application confirmation, together with a check made payable to MSSL / CrabKnocker 2008

Application Deadline:           Entries requested by May 15, 2008. Entries after that date will be considered on a space-available basis, or placed on a waiting list. Payment must be received to complete the application process.

 

General Information:  

 

The CrabKnocker 2008 is designed for club teams.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO TEAMS WITHDRAWING AFTER ACCEPTANCE.

 

Weather and other uncontrollable conditions:   

In the event of modifications or cancellations, the Committee’s determination on format change and the amount of refund, if any, is final.

 

 

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER ABOUT THE SELECTION PROCESS

 

1.       Provide as much meaningful information about your team as possible, including recent records, participation in State Cup and Regional competition, records in recent major tournaments, etc. 

 

2.       Please advise us of the structure of competitive leagues in your state organization.  Feel free to attach a clarifying statement.

 

3.       The requested information is usually as important for flighting and scheduling purposes as it is for acceptance, so do provide the information carefully.

 

4.       The tournament reserves the right to contact State Associations, league officials and club officials to confirm and obtain additional information about applicants.
